Each Luggage Hugger is made with a happy heart in hopes of making your travels all good! Each is inspected for quality of workmanship and correct content before shipping. If there is an honest mistake we will be forthright in our efforts to set the world right again.
Order Delivery
Since each
order is customized, please allow 4-5 business days to create
your Luggage Hugger. Large orders in excess of 25 pieces may
require additional time. Please email to inquire if you have
concerns about timing.
Return Policy
All orders are shipped
UPS Ground with delivery confirmation. If UPS fails to deliver
your order and it is verified, we will send you a replacement.
If your order is incorrectly filled (you received Flowers
when you asked for Stripes, etc.) We will gladly correct and
send a replacement.
Warranty
All Luggage Huggers are inspected for quality
assurance. We can not refund for Huggers that are lost in airports
or otherwise damaged in use. But not to worry, they can really
take a beating! So go ahead, book a world tour! |
