Small Luggage Huggers fit small to medium bags.  19" tall is a carry on size, 22" tall is a medium.  (You can also measure around the middle of your bag...a good fit for a small Hugger is about 38" up to 54" around.)  The ideal fit is snug with a 'snap' back when pulled! 

With a stretch tight fit, it's hard to go wrong! 

Luggage Huggers have a loop sewn-in so you can attach your Hugger to the side handle to avoid accidental loss.

The middle of the bag hardly gets dirty but if it does, your Luggage Hugger is machine washable in cold water & lay flat to dry.
